Working with batches (many products at once)
On Pro and Max, a batch holds up to 50 photos. Give each one a scene, generate them all or a few, and download everything as a ZIP.
A batch is a saved, named group of up to 50 product photos you work through together, for example to refresh a whole category of your catalogue in one look.
- Click New batch and upload photos into it. Photos join a batch only by being uploaded into it.
- Give each photo a scene, cleanup and shape, one at a time or several at once. Photos without a scene are skipped.
- Generate all of them, or only the ones you select. They wait in a queue and run automatically, two at a time, while you keep working or close the page.
- When they're done, download them one by one or as a ZIP.
Good to know
- Every queued image uses a generation when it's queued. If you don't have enough left, the app tells you how many you need: select fewer or upgrade.
- Cancelling a queued image gives its generation back. Images already being generated will finish.
- You can come back to a batch later to add or remove photos and generate more.
- Photos in a batch also appear in your Uploads. Removing a photo from the batch deletes it; deleting the batch deletes all its photos and images.
- A batch can't be deleted while its generations are running.
On Basic or the free tier, batches you made earlier can be viewed and downloaded but not changed.
