Why are my scenes or batches locked?

Custom scenes, batches and photoshoots need an active Pro or Max plan. On a lower plan or after your plan ends, they stay in your account to view and download, but are locked.

Custom scenes, batches and photoshoots are Pro and Max features. They lock when:

  • you moved to Basic,
  • your subscription ended or a renewal payment failed, or
  • you're on the free tier.

Nothing is deleted: what you made stays in your account and you can still view and download it. You just can't change or use it until you're on Pro or Max again. Images that were queued in a batch were cancelled and their generations given back.

To unlock them, upgrade to Pro or Max, or update your card if a payment failed.
