My payment failed or was declined

Update your card in Settings → Manage billing. Until a failed renewal is paid you can't create new images, but your library stays safe.

If a renewal payment fails, Settings shows Payment pending and you can't create new images until it's paid. Your images stay in your library and can still be downloaded.

Common reasons

Fix it

  1. Open Settings → Manage billing.
  2. Add or update your card.
  3. The outstanding payment is retried, and your plan's generations come back as soon as it's paid.

Prepaid and some virtual cards can be refused for subscriptions. If every card fails, contact us.
