Invoices, receipts and VAT

• Buying as a business? Enter your company name and VAT number (ΑΦΜ) at checkout to get an invoice (τιμολόγιο).
• Buying as an individual? You get a receipt (απόδειξη).
• Both are issued through the Greek myDATA system (AADE).
• Prices include VAT. The VAT is worked out at checkout from your country and whether you buy as a business.

I need a copy of an invoice or receipt

Email us from your account's email address with the month or date of the payment, and we'll send it to you.

I forgot to add my VAT number

Add it now in Manage billing (in Settings) so future invoices carry it. For a payment you've already made, contact us with your company details and the date of the payment, and we'll see what can be corrected.
