Changing your card or billing details

Open Settings, then Manage billing, to change your card, billing name, address or VAT number.

  1. Open Settings in the app.
  2. Under Plan and billing, click Manage billing. This opens our secure Stripe billing page.
  3. Update your card, name or company name, address or VAT number.
  4. Return to the app. Changes show straight away.

Plan changes aren't made in Manage billing but in Settings with Change plan. See changing your plan.
