File types, sizes, links and upload errors.
- Which photos can I upload?JPEG, PNG or WebP files up to 15 MB, with each side between 200 and 8,000 pixels.
- Upload error messages and how to fix themWhat each upload error means: file too large, wrong format, damaged file, or image too small or too big.
- Importing a photo from a linkPaste a direct link to the image file (ending in .jpg, .png or .webp), not to the product page. The site must answer within 10 seconds.
- Tips for the best resultsUse the sharpest, largest photo you have, with the whole product in frame and nothing covering it. The better the input, the more faithful the result.
- Can I use my supplier's images?Yes, if you have the right or permission to use them. You're responsible for the photos you upload, and Cleanup doesn't give you rights to a photo.
