Which photos can I upload?
JPEG, PNG or WebP files up to 15 MB, with each side between 200 and 8,000 pixels.

We check the file itself, not its name, so renaming a file to .jpg doesn't change its type.
iPhone photos (HEIC)
iPhones save photos as HEIC by default, which isn't accepted. Either take the photo straight from the app with Take photo (on your phone), or on iPhone go to Settings → Camera → Formats and choose Most Compatible so new photos are saved as JPEG. Sharing a HEIC photo by email or AirDrop to a computer often converts it to JPEG as well.
Other ways to add a photo
- Drag and drop or choose a file on your computer.
- Take photo with your phone's camera.
- Paste an image link from your supplier's site. See importing from a link.
