- How do I cancel my subscription?Settings → Manage billing → Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then it doesn't renew.
- Plans and pricesBasic €5.99, Pro €15.99 and Max €29.99 a month, VAT included, or 3 months free when you pay yearly. Every image is 2K on every plan.
- Refund policyYou can cancel anytime and keep your plan until the end of the paid period. Partial periods aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or something went wrong on our side.
- How are generations counted?One generation makes one finished image. It counts when it starts (or joins a queue). Failed or cancelled-while-queued generations are given back; re-downloading is free.
- My image failed or is stuckA failed generation is never counted: you get it back automatically. One stuck for more than a few minutes is stopped and given back within about 10 minutes.
- Which photos can I upload?JPEG, PNG or WebP files up to 15 MB, with each side between 200 and 8,000 pixels.
- How do the free images work?A new account gets 3 free generations, with no card needed. They are a one-off: they don't renew, and each free image is kept for 30 days.
- I can't sign in or the email link doesn't arriveThere are no passwords: you sign in with Google or with a link we email you. If the link doesn't arrive, check spam, wait a minute and request a new one.
- How to create your first imageUpload a photo, pick a scene, choose a shape, press Generate and download the finished image. It usually takes under a minute.
- The product looks different in my imageThe AI redraws your product, so details like shape, colour, text or logos on the packaging can change. Generate again, use a sharper photo or a simpler scene, and always check before publishing.
