My image failed or is stuck
A failed generation is never counted: you get it back automatically. One stuck for more than a few minutes is stopped and given back within about 10 minutes.
Most images are ready in under a minute. If something goes wrong:
It says Failed
The image engine didn't return an image, because of an error, a timeout or because it refused the request. No generation was used. Press Generate again. If the same photo keeps failing, try another scene, or check that the photo shows a product and nothing the terms don't allow (for example people without their permission).
It's been generating for a long time
Leave the page open or come back later: generation continues on our side even if you close the tab. A generation that's still running after 5 minutes is marked failed and given back automatically, so within about 10 minutes you'll either have the image or your generation back.
It says Queued
It's waiting its turn in a batch or photoshoot. See queued images.
Generation did not start
Usually a connection problem. Check your internet and try again. If you see Three generations are already running, see running more than three at once.
