To place your product in a new scene, the AI redraws it. Most of the time it stays faithful, but it can change details such as its shape, colour, texture, or the text and logos on the packaging.

What helps

  • Generate again. Every try comes out a little different, and the next is often right.
  • Use a sharper, larger photo where the details are clearly visible. See tips for the best results.
  • Choose a simpler scene. White, Studio and Prop bed keep the product closest to the original.
  • Product too big or too small? Room and nature scenes can misjudge size. Try a closer scene, or a different look.
  • Text on the label changed? Small or blurry text is the hardest to keep. Use the clearest photo of the label you have.
  • Leave Cleanup off if your product has printed branding you want to keep.

Under consumer law, your product photos must show your product accurately, and that's your responsibility as the seller. Check every image before you publish it.

Can I get the generation back?

A generation that finishes counts even if you don't like the result, as described in the terms. If the service clearly isn't working as it should (for example every image comes out broken), contact us with examples and we'll look into it.
