Refund policy
You can cancel anytime and keep your plan until the end of the paid period. Partial periods aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or something went wrong on our side.
This is a plain-language summary of our terms of service. If anything here differs, the terms apply.
When you cancel
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month (or year, on yearly billing) you've paid for, and then it doesn't renew. We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
When you get money back
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| Credit left on your account when your subscription ends | Refunded to your card automatically |
| You were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled | Contact us: we'll check and refund any charge made in error |
| The service doesn't work as it should | Your legal rights apply. Contact us with the details |
| We remove something important from your paid plan | We tell you in advance, and you can cancel and get a refund for the time you haven't used |
| You delete your account | No refund for the rest of the period; any credit is refunded to your card |
Generations
Generations that fail, or that you cancel while they're still queued, are given back to your plan automatically. A generation that finishes counts, even if you don't like the result. Generations aren't exchanged for money.
The 14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. When you subscribe as an individual, you ask us to start straight away and confirm that you lose this right by doing so. More about the right of withdrawal.
