The 14-day right of withdrawal

EU consumers usually have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Subscribing as an individual, you ask us to start straight away and waive this right, which doesn't affect your rights if the service is faulty.

Under EU consumer law, people buying online for personal use normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase.

With a digital service that starts straight away, that right ends once the service begins, if you agree to it. So when you subscribe as an individual, checkout asks you to request that your plan starts immediately and to confirm that you know you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so. We keep a record of that confirmation.

  • Businesses buying with a VAT number don't have a consumer right of withdrawal.
  • This doesn't affect your legal rights if the service doesn't work as it should. If that's the case, tell us.
  • Consumers in Greece can also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (synigoroskatanaloti.gr), but please write to us first: we'll try to sort it out.
