How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings → Manage billing → Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then it doesn't renew.

  1. Open the app and go to Settings.
  2. Under Plan and billing, click Manage billing.
  3. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.

That's it: you won't be charged again. Settings then says you've cancelled and shows the date your plan ends.

What happens next

  • You keep your plan and its generations until the end of the month or year you've paid for.
  • After that you can't create new images, and the free images don't come back.
  • Your photos and images stay viewable and downloadable for 120 days, then they're deleted. Subscribe again before then and you keep everything.
  • Any credit on your account is refunded to your card automatically.

Cancelling doesn't refund the current period. If you think you're owed a refund, see the refund policy.

Changed your mind? You can turn it back on in Manage billing before the period ends.
