What is the credit on my account?

Credit is money left over when a plan change's unused time is worth more than its new charge. It pays your next bills and is refunded to your card automatically if your subscription ends.

When you change plan, the unused time on your current plan is counted towards the new one. If it's worth more than the new charge, the rest is kept as credit on your account, shown in Settings.

  • Credit pays your next bills automatically, before your card is charged.
  • If your subscription ends, or you delete your account, any credit left is refunded to your card automatically. You don't need to ask.
  • Card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
