Deleting your account

Settings → Delete account. It's immediate and can't be undone: your subscription is cancelled at once with no refund, and your images and login are deleted.

Download any images you want to keep first. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone, by you or by us.

  1. Open Settings in the app.
  2. Scroll to Delete account and choose Permanently delete account.
  3. Type the confirmation word and confirm.

What's deleted

  • Your subscription is cancelled at once, with no refund for the rest of the period. Any credit is refunded to your card.
  • All your photos, images, custom scenes and batches.
  • Your login (Google or email) and your name, email and billing details in our records.

What we have to keep

  • Invoices and payment records, for as long as Greek tax law requires (normally 5 years).
  • The record of what you accepted (terms of service, and the withdrawal waiver if you subscribed as an individual).
  • A one-way hash of your email, so the free images can't be claimed again with it. It can't be turned back into your address.

Just want to stop paying? Cancel your subscription instead: you keep your plan until the end of the period and your images for 120 days.
