Why didn't I get free images?

Free images are given once per person or business. If your email was used on a deleted account, or you've had a paid plan before, you won't get them again.

You won't get free images if:

  • This email had an account that was deleted. The message says "The free tier has already been used with this email on a deleted account". We keep a one-way hash of deleted accounts' emails to check this automatically.
  • You've had a paid plan on this account. Free images aren't given back after a subscription ends.
  • You've already used them. The 3 free generations are a one-off and don't renew.

You can still subscribe to any plan.

This check is the only automated decision we make about you. If you think it's wrong (for example you never had an account before), email us and a person will look at it.
